Nepal!!!!!!

And so it begins, my trip to Nepal has finally begun.  Once I had finally finished my sub plans, packed, and got myself to the airport, I was able to feel excitement at last for this incredible trip I have been looking forward to for so long.

As promised, (because who can say no to Mama Cochran?) I will do my best to keep my Magma Family up to date and share some of my experiences with you.  I hope that by seeing some of my trip, you will catch the travel bug and will also have the opportunity to explore the world one day.

First stop: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.  This is the first time I have ever been to the Middle East and it is beautiful! Here are some pictures of what I was able to see during my short stay there. The pictures are somewhat blurry, hopefully next time I can post from my phone and they will look better.

          

       

I made it to the beach before my flight to Kathmandu and the map on the right shows where Dubai is.  It is where the red marker is.
